Congratulations are in order for our town’s very own John Cusack.
The actor has been nominated in the Best Actor category for the Saturn Awards for his performance in the supernatural thriller “1408.”
The Saturn Awards is from the Academy of Science Fiction Fantasy & Horror Films and will be held on June 24, 2008.
It was John Cusack’s night on November 28, as he walked the red carpet in Los Angeles for the premiere of his new film “Grace Is Gone.” Cusack was joined by the film’s composer Clint Eastwood, director James Strouse and his young co-stars Shelan O’Keefe and Gracie Bednarczyk.
The film opens in limited release December 7.
